Shipping & Returns — Free Continental US Shipping

Doodle Sneaks offers free shipping on orders to the continental United States. Typical handling is 0–1 day and typical transit is 3–5 days; those are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags and original box; the buyer pays return shipping and must email roman@romsneaks.com with the order number and wait for instructions before sending anything back. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are made right at no cost to the buyer.

Free shipping (continental US)

We ship in the continental United States. Shipping on those orders is free. We do not currently offer Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international shipping.

How long shipping takes

Typical handling is 0–1 day after you order. Typical transit is 3–5 days. Those are typical times, not a delivery guarantee. Carriers slip.

Returns (30 days, unworn)

You have 30 days from delivery.

The pair has to be unworn, in the same condition you received it, with original tags and the original box. Try them on indoors on a clean surface. Worn pairs don't come back. See also the refund policy.

How to start a return

Email roman@romsneaks.com with your order number to start a return. If we accept it, we'll send instructions on how and where to ship. You pay return shipping. Packages sent back without that go-ahead are not accepted.

Refund timing

After we get the pair and inspect it, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank can take longer to show it.

Damaged, defective, wrong, or not authentic

If the pair arrived damaged, defective, wrong, or not authentic, contact us right away. We'll make that right at no cost to you. For how we define sniff-tested before a pair ships, see Authenticity.
