Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders to the continental United States.

Handling is typically 0–1 day. Transit is typically 3–5 days. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition, with original tags and original box. The buyer pays return shipping. To start a return, email roman@romsneaks.com with your order number and wait for instructions before shipping anything back.

Damaged, defective, or wrong-item orders: contact us on delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds, once the return is received and inspected, go to the original payment method within 10 business days.
