Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached, and in its original box. Try shoes on indoors on a clean surface — items showing wear cannot be accepted.

 

To start a return, contact us at roman@romsneaks.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Damaged or wrong items: please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right at no cost to you.
